78, of Wahiawa, passed away on January 4, 2018. She was born in Haleiwa. She worked for the State of Hawaii as an elementary school teacher for 32 years. She loved to travel, garden and draw. Survived by husband: Roy Nakahara; daughters: Shari (Bob) Lillie, Gay (Bryce) Beseth, and Vicki Nakahara (Paul Matsuda); sisters: Edna Saifuku and Grace Fukunaga; brother: George Nishimura; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m.; Service: 10:30 on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Mililani Mortuary, Mauka Chapel. Aloha attire. No flowers.
