He is survived by wife Donna K.; daughter Melissa Canoy (Balbino); stepson Colin Embury; sisters Lorine Goodman of Hickman, KY; Katherine Wood (John) of Hickman, KY; and brother Ralph (Gloria) of Bradenton, FL.
