She is survived by her husband Harold Okikawa; son Craig Okikawa; daughter-in-law Rosa Ana Okikawa; grandson Joshua Huihui; grandson Gabriel Okikawa; sister Clara Nakasone; sister Akiko Morita; brother-in-law Masao Morita, sister-in-law Kikue Chinen; nephews and nieces.
