THOMAS SMART POWELL, JR. 81, of Kaneohe, Hawaii passed away in Los Angeles on March 8, 2018. He was born in Hollywood, CA. He came to Hawaii in 1957 to surf and fell in love. He was a retired pilot with Aloha Airlines and a retired Lt. Col. with the Air Force. He is survived by daughter, Teresa; son, Jeffrey (Faith); grandchildren, Kayla, Riley, Chiemi and Zyan. Celebration of his Final Ride on March 24, 2018.
