68, passed away on February 24, 2018 after a long illness. Leo was born in Honolulu to Brian Casey and Tsuneko "Scoops" Casey in 1950. Leo retired from the office of the Federal Public Defender as a Federal Investigator. He is survived by his wife Frances Sutherland, daughter Pumehana Casey, brother Sean (Paulette) Casey, a niece, nephew, and two step sons. There will be a paddle out to scatter his ashes scheduled at a later date. Leo will be greatly missed. A hui hou aku.
