Ben died on March 5, 2018 in Honolulu at the age of 90. He was born on July 11, 1927 at Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines. He was married to Juliana Ramos and is survived by 8 children, 19 grandchildren, and 8 great- grandchildren. During his active years, Ben served in Philippine Constabulary from 1947-1964. He graduated in Reserved Commission and Finance Administration in Indianapolis, Indiana USA. He retired as a 2nd Lieutenant due to his disability caused by frostbite Ben became a barangay treasurer at Sabatan Binalonan, Pangasinan. In 1984, he migrated to Hawaii with his wife. He later petitioned and brought all his children to live with them in Hawaii. He became the vice president of Union Espiritista Cristiana de Hawaii. Visitation: from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm; Prayer service from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Makai Chapel in Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary. A Memorial Service will be held at 8:30 am on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary. Casual Attire.
