46, of Royal Kunia passed away on April 8, 2018 ... a man of great character, well respected, and devoted to providing the best for his family. He graduated from Kamehameha Schools and University of Hawaii at Manoa. He served as Vice President of Sales for Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union and Board President for PacPay. His easy-going nature, enthusiasm for sports, and friendly smile will be missed. Tommy is survived by wife Lyane; daughter Layla; son Tycen; parents Faith & Mark Higashiguchi, and Thomas Santos; brothers Todd (Robyn) Santos and Andrew (Jodi) Luis; grandmother Mildred Higashiguchi.
