89, of Honolulu, passed away on March 15, 2018 at Ka Punawai Ola. She was born in Hilo and grew up in Volcano on Hawaii Island. A retired bookkeeper from Wasa Electrical Services, she was a frequent traveler with AJA Japan tours. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter. She is survived by her son Alan (Jacquelyn) Fujimoto; daughter Gail (Melvin) Staudinger of Alaska; brother Roy (Gail) Takaki; sister Kiyono Goya of Hilo; four grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
