May 26, 1940 - April 3, 2018 Douglas was born and raised in Honolulu, and passed away on April 3, 2018, at Kuakini Medical Center. He was a deliveryman and utility person for Alii Distributors, a family owned Hawaiian garment factory. He celebrated each day with joy, extending warmth and help to all he met. Predeceased by grandmother, Tetsu; mother, Yaeko; father, Charles and brother, Richard Nakano, he is survived by his sister, Gayle (Alan) Fukunaga; sister-in-law, Keiko; niece, Kerina (Delmer); nephew, Keith Nakano and grandniece, Deena Vialpando. Visitation from 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; service at 4:00 p.m. with refreshments to follow. Aloha attire. No monetary offerings or flowers.
