53, of Kailua, an occupational therapist for Hawaii Pacific Health, passed away on July 26, 2018 at Castle Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by her mother Kimie (Arakaki) Miyashiro, preceded in death by father Noboru and brother Vaughn Miyashiro.
