He is survived by his father Alfred "Uka" Dicion; mother Joey Dicion; sister Christine (Rory) Hood and his niece Reagan. Brock was known and loved by many people and he will be deeply missed. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel.
