FRANCES IWALANI MOSSMAN Retired Brigadier General Frances Iwalani Mossman passed away on July 7th 2018 at her home in Mililani. Frances' contribution to the defense of our nation and her llife in both government and private capacity resulted in numerous accomplishments. She is survived by her sisters, Ipolani Yee and Kaliyani Person; and brothers, Paul, John, Glenn and Andre Mossman. Services will be held on Friday August 31st at 3:00 p.m at The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl.
