She was a secretary for the State of Hawaii DAGS (Department of Accounting and General Services) Public Works Division before retiring at the age of 55. She is survived by her husband, Edwin; daughters, Edie (Michael) Miura, Kimberly Tagawa, and Stacie (Reid) Okumura; grand- children, Maya and Matthew Miura. Visitation 5:00-6:00 pm on Friday (August 31) at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services will be held at 6:00 pm. No flowers.
