83, of Honolulu, a retired civil engineer for Hawaiian Tel, M&E Pacific and the Public Utilities Commission, passed away on July 20, 2018 at Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Hilo, Hawaii. He is survived by his wife, Laura; sons, Todd and Wade (Pansy Chun); daughter, Leslie Nakanishi; and by brother, Donald (Joyce).
