Louise passed peacefully in her sleep on August 29, 2018, in Spokane, WA. She was born in 1921 in Chico, CA to Edgar King and Hazel Reager. Louise was a teacher in California and Hawaii for over 25 years. She was an accomplished potter and was recognized by the Honolulu Academy of Arts. Louise had a generous spirit and gave away many of her most beautiful works. In addition to her artistic endeavors, Louise loved to travel to foreign countries and spent 12 years living in the south of France. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell A. Burbank, and her eldest daughter Ann Burbank Nelson. She leaves behind her son Russell K. Burbank; daughters: Beverly Burbank and Christine Burbank Edwards; grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Please donate to the ACLU in her memory.
