78, died on July 6, 2018 at her home in Sacramento, California following a swift battle with pancreatic cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, 5 children, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 sisters and numerous friends. Bea was born June 24, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and counted many places across the country as her home while raising her family. Of those places, she most-enjoyed Honolulu, where she resided for 32 years and cultivated many lasting friendships and found further peace and purpose on the waves. Please join Bea's family and friends in a Celebration of her Life on Sunday, September 30 at 9:00 a.m. at the Hui Nalu Canoe Club paddle site located at Maunalua Bay. In lieu of flowers or condolences, take a stroll along the beach and remember Bea's bright smile, warm hugs and love of the ocean. ~ Moe i ka maluhia. ~
