Born on March 10, 1935, Tosh passed away on August 31, 2018 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife Dorothy, sons, Lyle (Joyce), Richard (Donna), Tim (Les), 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He will be remembered by all as hardworking, honest, funny, caring, giving and most of all loving and will be sorely missed.
