74, of Hau'ula died on September 18, 2018 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He worked as a Refuse Crew Leader for the City and County of Honolulu for 34 years. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis "Nani"; daughters, Elizabeth (Paul) Horcajo and Brittney Wilkins; brothers, Stephen Tollefsen and Henry Lomax; 4 Grandchildren. Memorial services and celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 54-125 Hau'ula Homestead Rd. Visitation 11:00am, services at 12:00noon. Scattering of ashes to follow.
