Antoine Marie Fukuda, 62, of Honolulu, passed away on September 4, 2018. She worked for the Department of Veterans Affair at TMAC. She is survived by her husband, Wade; brothers, Tony (Chading) Gascon, Bernabe Rafanan, James (Wendy) Rafanan, Jon Liva, Jaison Awana; sisters, Tina (Jodi) Kwon, Candy (Pasquale Joseph) Decunto, Nioi Kalua-Heleloa; hanai son, Masa Cabalar; hanai daughter, Destiny Ader; nieces, Shami Rafanan, Nikki Kim; multiple nieces, nephews, grand- nieces and grandnephews. Her celebration of life service will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; visitation from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m., with service to begin at 6:30 p.m. Arrangements Provided By: Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary
