87, of Honolulu, passed away on August 6, 2018. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired planner for the City and County of Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Jan; son, Grant; daughter, Nicole Matsumoto; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Matthew Matsumoto and sister, Bertha Pang. Private service held.
