Born January 30, 1966 to Richard and Florence Miyashiro, she is survived by her parents as well as son, Chevas Miyashiro-Phillip, companion, Mitchell Phillip, brothers, Darryl (Barrie) and Duane (Tricia) Miyashiro, and nieces, Taylor-Ann, Bailey and Joie.
