Survived by daughter, Lesley (Tai) Chow; son, Patrick (Sonja) Samsonas; 4 grandchildren, Jake Chow, Zayla Sismar-Evangelista, Zion Samsonas and Zeke Samsonas; brothers-in-law, Brad Chung and Brian Chung; sister-in-law, Sharon Chung and Nieces. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. Thursday November 1, 2018 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary, Chapel of the Flowers.
