95, of Aiea, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2018 at Kuakini Medical Center. She was lovingly known to family as "Magda" and was predeceased by husband Ponciano and sons John (infant) and Michael. She is survived by son Daniel; daughters: Virginia (Rick) Gavern, Marian Alvarado, and Lorena (Clyde) Shimizu; 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed as the family matriarch and fondly remembered with much love and affection by family and friends. Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 5 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary in Honolulu. Visitation: 5:30 p.m.; Service: 6:30 p.m. Final visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m.; Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 6 at St. Elizabeth's Church in Aiea. Burial: 1:00 p.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl.
