Miyoko Hasegawa Matsuo, 97, originally from Honokaa, Hawaii passed away on November 1, 2018, at the Palolo Chinese Nursing Home. She was a retired clerk for the family owned business, S. Hasegawa Store, Ltd in Honokaa, Hawaii. She was preceded in death by her husband, Yoshiichi Matsuo, brothers Kiyomi Hasegawa, Tatsumi Hasegawa, sisters Yukie Fukuda, Fusae Shield, Tsuyuko Teramoto and Misao Ito. Survived by daughter, Lenora Okubo (Calvin), granddaughters Jennifer Polido (Ian), Tammy Okubo, brother, Iwao Hasegawa and nieces and nephews. Visitation 9:30 a.m.; Service 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Paauilo Kongoji Mission, Paauilo, Hawaii. Inurnment at a later date at Punchbowl Cemetery of the Pacific.
