91, of Kaneohe, HI, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. He was retired from the Hawaii Government Employees Association and a United States Army Veteran. He was born in Makaweli, Kauai. He is survived by wife Ruth F. Ogata, son David Ogata, daughters Hana Ruthanne Domino and Nanci Ford, sister Kimi Matsuda, and grandchildren Christopher, Cameron, Gabriel, Brendan, Melanie and Zachary. Private services were held.
