Wallace S. H. Dung, of Honolulu, a Civil Engineer, died October 9, 2018 at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, he was 90. He retired as Vice President of R. M. Towill Corporation where he was Manager of the Construction Management Department. He was also an engineer manager with the Federal Government serving with the U. S. Coast Guard, Corps of Engineers, and the Navy's OICCMIDPAC. He was a Korean War veteran and a retired Colonel in the Army Reserve. He was a member of Chi Epsilon, a national Civil Engineering Honor Society, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Among his survivors are his wife, Vilma; daughters Sherilyn (Dwight) Yamashiro and Sandra (Alan) Hiu and four grandchildren. Services will be held at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., Burial will follow 12:30 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
