83, of Honolulu Hawaii, retired Chief Executive Officer and President of Pearl Harbor Credit Union, passed away at Straub Hospital on October 23, 2018, with his family at his side. He was a graduate of St. Louis High School and the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. An avid golfer and traveler, he is deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues. He leaves behind his beloved wife Eleanor; sons: Jeffrey (Lourdes), Dr. Spencer (May), and Fletcher (Jo), and five grandchildren; his aunt, Loretta Lee; brothers, Dr. Winfred, Clement and Wayland and sister Aileen Lee. Eugene was born to parents Chang Chow and Hong Yee, and predeceased by his parents, and brothers Wallace and Anthony. Services will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 800 Kaheka Street, Honolulu. Visitation will begin at 8:00 a.m., followed by Mass at 9:00 a.m. and burial at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
