84, of Honolulu, a retired cook, passed away on November 16, 2018. He is survived by wife, Ngan Choi "Sylvia"; sons, Norman (Yevette Tu) and Edmund; daughter, Carolyn (Alan) Roberts; three grandchildren; and sister, Kim Yuen Chow. Services will be held on December 8th at 9:30 a.m. at Borthwick Mortuary - Makai Chapel. Burial to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
