69, of Waiahole, Hawaii, peacefully slipped away on a gentle breeze the morning of Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on February 23, 1949 and graduated in 1968 from St. Ann's School in Kaneohe. She is survived by her loving husband Patrick Hale Adolpho; Daughters: Paulette M.K. Medeiros (Lenz) (Richard), Melisa H. Lenz, Kerrie Dixon (Adolpho) (Jeff) and Stephanie Adolpho; Son, Robert K.S.T. Lenz (Angela); 12 Grandchildren: Brandy & Brandon Medeiros, Kainoa, Makana, Keone Lenz, Xavier Canaday-Lenz, Mahina & Emmett Dixon, Devin, Kiele, Maya Adolpho and Dayzie Guerrero; 3 Great Grandchildren: Ryder, Raimana & Raycie-Lee Molale. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Ballard Moanalua Mortuary. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Services will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. with Lunch to follow at 11:00 a.m. A Private scattering of the ashes will be held at a later time. Casual Attire.
