Beloved husband and dad. Age 78, passed away 11/20/2018. He was struck by a motorist while riding his bicycle to the park. Oahu native, Charles worked for the Department of Defense in Pearl Harbor, Hunter's Point, Long Beach and San Diego for 35+ years. He was characterized by his zest for life, love for family and zeal for practicing gung fu and tai chi, as well as his appreciation for good dim sum. His spirit will be celebrated by his wife, Jean, and daughters, Petrice, Tanya and Dawn, and his friends and relatives.
