She is survived by her husband Nicholas Mendes III, sons Nicholas Mendes IV, and Christopher A. Mendes. Grand- daughter Lydia Dawn Mendes. Father Richard Rodrigues Sr. (Jane Miguel), Mother Norma Jean Kavoloff Shackley (Daniel Morris), Sisters Beverly Sermersheim (Henry) and Denise Delgado (Juan). Nieces and Nephews.
