86, of Pearl City, a retired land surveyor for the City and County of Honolulu, passed away on December 2, 2018 at Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Katherine; daughters, Lori (Derrick) Tanga and Ann (Ken) Nagamine; and by three grandchildren.
