75, of Honolulu, a retired Stevedore, passed away November 23, 2018 at the Queen's Medical Center. He was born on Kauai. Survived by son, Daniel Takashima; daughters, Lori (Tiloi) Lolotai, Julie (Clem) Conceicao and Christie (Patrick) Rivera; six grandchildren, Alysia, Darilyn, Shane, Kelsie, Chavis and La'akea; brothers, Gary Takashima, Gilbert Takashima and Clyde Takashima; sister, Karen Shiira. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary, Chapel of the Flowers.
