80, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2018, at the Queen's Medical Center, with his family by his side. Francis was born in Waialua, and was a proud graduate of Leilehua High School and Kansas State Teachers College of Emporia. He retired in 2000, from Duty Free Shoppers. Francis is survived by wife Dolly Jane; children Corinne (Willard) Chang, Janel (Lee) Yoshimura and Kacy (Mark) Sumikawa; brother Thomas Nomura; and grandchildren Celia and Aaron Chang, Kate, Ella and Joel Yoshimura, and Andrew and Noah Sumikawa. The family would like to thank Dr. Kenneth Sumida, Dr. Stuart Tsuji, Dr. Melvin Wong, the Queen's Cancer Center and Hospital, Catholic Charities Hawaii, and Living Manoa, LLC. Services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Mililani Memorial Park, Mauka Chapel. Visitation at 5:00 p.m. Service at 6:00 p.m. Casual or aloha attire.
