PRISCILLA KANOELEHUAOPANAEWA DELA CRUZ SIMPLICIANO
September 26, 1953 - December 2, 2018 Kanoe, age 65 peacefully left this earthly life to join her Ohana in Heaven on Sunday, December 2nd with her children by her side. She was a beautiful Mom, Wife, Sister, Aunty, Cousin, Hula Sister and Friend who will always be remembered for her kind and genuine heart that was felt by everyone she knew. Kanoe graduated from Roosevelt High School Class of '71 and worked at Consolidated Amusement Co. after high school and retired from the State Department of Labor. Kanoe enjoyed dancing hula , hawaiian music, watching movies, eating ono food, and going to the gym during her spare time. She enjoyed spending time with her two children and always supported them in everything they did. She had a heart of gold and beautiful spirit that will be greatly missed. Kanoe is survived by her husband, Alfred Simpliciano; daughter, Andrea P. Simpliciano; Son, Anthony M.K. Simpliciano, Sisters; Paulette, Alethea (preceded by death) Patty Ann, Patty Mae and Brothers; Peter, Paul, and Preston (preceded by death). The Simpliciano and Dela Cruz Ohana would like to thank all the family and friends who have sent so much love and aloha during this time and expressing so much kind words and memories of Mom. We would like to thank all her doctors and nurses who cared for her at Queens Hospital. Please join us to Celebrate Moms life on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Borthwick Vineyard & Maunakea Chapels. Her request is for Aloha attire. Viewing and Celebration of Life with music begins at 11:30am-12:30pm with service at 12:30pm. Following the service please join the family in the lanai area for some kau kau and reminiscing about Mom until 3:00pm. Public Burial will be January 7, 2019, Hawaiian Memorial Cemetery at 10am.
