Stanley Tamotsu Tanaka, 81, of Mountain View, HI, and formerly of Honolulu, died at home on Friday, November 16, 2018. He was born in Honolulu, HI and was a retired truck driver with City Mill. He was also a member of Hale Pule Ke Ola Hou Church and the Teamsters Local 996. Friends may call at the Borthwick Mortuary, Mauna Kea Chapel, in Honolulu on Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, where a Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at 11:00 AM. The family requests casual attire. He is survived by: Daughter, Dawn Sulun (Jarrett) Tavares of Mountain View, HI; Sons, Stanley Koichi Tanaka of Honolulu and Walter Henriques of Honolulu; Sisters, Karen Nishio of Fresno, CA, Eleanor (Jack) Yamamoto of Honolulu and Vivian (Harris) Nakamura of Honolulu; nine grandchildren, four great-grand- children; numerous nieces & nephews.
