Joe is preceded in death by his mother, Pearl Keawe Souza. He is survived by his wife, Anne and daughter, Karanne; Father, Joseph Souza; brothers John (Wai) and Douglas Souza Sisters: Thalia Ann Souza & Rhonda Jean (Charles) Apana.
