Age 96, died peacefully at home on September 23, 2018. Born on May 24, 1922 to Majuro Sekiguchi and Yukino Oi, he was their only son. After graduating from McKinley High School, he then went to work for Coca Cola Bottling Company before enlisting in the United States Army. Larry served with Company B, 100th Battalion, 442d Infantry Regiment. Survived by sisters Ruby Shobu and Gladys Isono; sons Bryan and Ivan; nieces and nephews and caregiver Kathi Saito. Inurnment for Larry and predeceased wife Alma will be on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl at 9:30 a.m. Aloha attire.
