LEROY LIWAI MAHIAI MOLLENA 84, of Hoolehua Molokai passed away on December 30, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on August 2, 1934 in Halawa Valley, Molokai to Mateo Mollena and Bernince Nahoopi'I Mollena. Visitation will be held on February 9, 2019 at Lanikeha Community Center, Hoolehua. Visitation will be held from 8:00am to 11:00am and Services will begin at 11:00am. Leroy is survived by his children; Olivia Ming-Toi (Pastor) Riel, Laverne (David) Ortega, Joie-Mae (Michael) Coelho, Glenn (Cheryl) Adolpho, MaeLynne Mollena, Leroy Mollena III, Elroy (Tess) Mollena, DarLynne Mollena, Troy Mollena, Wendel Mollena and hanai daughters Helene Mollena, Nichole (Kingo) Aricayos; 26 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. Siblings; Joseph Mollena Sr. of Kahului Maui, the late Philomina Mollena Romero, Lawrence (Nora) Mollena of Kalamaula, Molokai and Isabel Mollena Blanchard of Kahului, Maui.
