Thomas "Tom" George Anderson, passed away at the age of 78 in San Diego, CA., on November 9th 2018. Tom was born in St. Edward, Nebraska on November 17, 1939. He served in the Navy (1957-'62), was a competitive skydiver and a long time employee of Reyn Spooner in Honolulu, Hawaii. He had a passion for golf, cars, Formula 1 racing and travel. Tom made friends wherever he went and has friends who will remember him fondly from Hawaii, California, Arizona and across Europe. He led an interesting life filled with good people, adventures and love of extreme sports. He will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, strong work ethic and classiness. He is the father to Rebecca Anderson, grandfather to her daughter, Olivia Katzy, and the brother to Patricia Anderson, Sally Murphy and Joyce Brock (deceased); uncle to several nieces and nephews and especially David Yost and his wife Debbie, who were by his side in his final years. At his request, Tom will be going for his "last sky dive" spreading his ashes over a place in Hawaii that was meaningful to him out of a plane flown by one of his best friends. Tom will live on in the hearts of many and he is greatly missed.
