100, a United States Army veteran and a retired Schofield Barracks Artillery Vehicle Automotive Mechanic with the Federal Government, passed away at home in Waipahu on January 15, 2019. He was born on February 1, 1918 in Hakalau on Hawaii Island and grew up on Maui. He is survived by his wife, Angeline "Angie"; son George (Sheila-Mae) Gusman, Jr.; daughters: Joyce (Stuart) Gooman and Donna Gusman. He was Papa to 8 grandchildren and Great-Papa to 8. Visitation is at 8:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary, Mauka Chapel on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. Service is at 9:45 a.m. with lunch to follow. Burial: 1:00 p.m. at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe. Casual attire, flowers welcome.
