KATHERINE KALUA AKUTAGAWA Our Beloved Mom and Tutu passed away at St. Francis Hospice in Honolulu on January 5, 2019 at the age of 98. She was born in Kaunakakai, Moloka'i on April 10, 1920 and she was the last of the Hagemann girls and a brother. Preceded in death by her husband, William, Sr., her son Tad (Lorna) and grandson, Dietrich, Jr.; she is survived by her sons: Dietrich (Annette), William (Abegale), and Myron (Colette); seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Catholic Church, Kalua'aha, Moloka'i. Pa'ina at Kilohana Recreation Center to follow.
