66, of Honolulu, Hawai'i, died on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. She was born in Honolulu, Hawai'i. She is survived by her daughter Liane Forsythe, sons: Patrick Tamaoka and Christopher Tamaoka-Mitchell, 3 grandchildren: Kiana Fittro, Bran Tamaoka, and Arya Tamaoka, and 2 sisters: Marvilyn Williams and Kathleen King. Visitation will be 10:30 am with service at 11:30 am Thursday March 14, 2019 at Diamond Head Mortuary. Burial will follow at Valley of the Temples at 2:00 pm.
