A Celebration of Life service for the late Carl Shoichi Oto, 60-year-old, California native and resident of Harbor City, who passed away peacefully on February 10, 2019 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019, 9:00 a.m. at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. He is predeceased by his beloved daughter, Caitlin Oto.
