88, of Honolulu passed away at Rose Tabilisma Care Home on February 9, 2019. Elaine was a graduate of Kaimuki High School 1948 and retired from the State of Hawaii. Survived by sons Donovan, Michael (Jo Ann), grandchildren Jarrett and Miranda, sisters Angeline, Jennie and Mary. Predeceased by husband William and brother Herman. Service at Diamond Head Mortuary on March 15. Visitation 11 am, Service 12 pm and Burial 2 pm.
