Born in Honolulu, CP served in the United States Army and was the Chief of Finance for the Department of Budget & Finance for the State of Hawaii. He is survived by: sister, Ethel K. Hee; brother-in-law, Gilbert Hee; nephew, Gordon Hee; brother, Alfred C. K. Chee; sister-in-law, Jacqueline L. Chee; nephew, Allen Chee; nephew, Spencer Chee; nephew, Kevin Chee; niece, Karyn Lee. Funeral Services for CP will be held on Tuesday March 12, 2019 at St. Peter and Paul Church.
