DONALD MASAMICHI MASAKI
82, of Kaneohe, HI, passed away on March 04, 2019. He was born in Honolulu, HI, to Noboru and Harumi (Yasuda) Masaki, eldest of 4 children. After graduating from Governor Wallace Rider Farrington High School he enlisted in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the American Legion and a retired member of the Plumbers & Fitters UA Local 675 as a Pipe Fitter Welder. Survived by wife, Crystal "Pinky"; sons, Roman (Cheri "Rebo"), Leyton (Coriann "Miko"), and Tyson (Cherene); daughters, Tanya Ehulani (Lorenzo Hernandez Tapia), and Jue-Lan Fu. 15 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren; brother, Melvin Masaki (Margie); numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Kaneohe-Hawaii Stake Center in Kaneohe, HI. Visitation is at 9:00a.m. with service to follow at 11:00a.m. Burial will be at the Hawaii State Veteran's Cemetery in Kaneohe, HI at 2:00p.m. Arrangements provided by Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary-Honolulu.
