Jonathan Toby Boxold, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at age 55 in Bellingham, Washington. Toby was born at Castle Hospital, Kailua on August 8, 1963. He graduated from Punahou High School class of 1982 and was a graduate of University of Hawaii-Manoa. He loved life and the ocean. Late in his career he became a Level II Unexploded Ordnance Technician (UXO). He traveled around the country in his field. He chose Bellingham as his home base but in his heart, he was always a Kailua Boy. He is survived by his wife Phosy Bouapha Boxold, brother Greg Boxold (Jann), nephews (Joe, Nicholas) and nieces (Alexis, Sophia, Patricia, Stephanie). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday March 24, 2019 at the Kailua Beach Boat Ramp by Lanikai Point at 11am.
