84, a retired structural engineer at C&C of Honolulu Dept. of Land Utilization, passed away on February 25, 2019. He is survived by wife, Betty; son, Jon (Sara) Muraoka: daughter, Lori (Sam) Kwee; 5 grandchildren; sisters, Florence Shibano and Nancy Crumby.
