Veronica Lee Kahiwalani "Kahiwa" Punzal was 51 years old when she returned to her heavenly home, and is remembered by her devotion to her family & her firm belief in God. Family & Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on May 18th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Diamond Head Mortuary & Williams Funeral Services, 535 18th Ave, Honolulu HI. 96816 for Kahiwa, who passed away at home on Monday, March 25th. Please honor her by wearing aloha attire, and bright colors. She graduated from Kaimuki High School in 1985. Kahiwa worked at the Maikiki Post office as a mail clerk. Kahiwa is survived by her loving parents, Manuel & Mabel; brothers, Patrick & Charles, her partner Greg Wolny, her son Jason, and her grandson Kuhao, her cousins, and her many nieces & nephew; Kayla, Carrie, Devon, Kanoe, Alakai, Lauren, and Zachary.
